LS national business development partners (employees) operate as general managers and have ownership of strategic partnership strategy, business development, negotiations, relationship management, technology implementation, and program adoption.<br><br><b>As a Sr manager, national business development, you will...</b><br>• Create, own and manage key corporate relationships with key business decision makers.<br>• Establish and drive new store development strategy for team, existing portfolio management, channel expansion and capital investments.<br>• Lead cross functional initiatives across marketing, category, finance, sales, store development, design, technology, and store operations to drive licensee performance and shape behavior.<br>• Lead and support a team, often assisting in negotiation of new master licensing agreements and as well as the renewals of existing agreements. <br><br><b>We'd love to hear from people with:</b><br>• 4-Year Bachelor's Degree<br>• Direct B2B sales and strategic account management with key external partnerships at Fortune 500, premium/luxury brands, and/or food & beverage companies (8+ years)<br>• General Management: application of multi-disciplinary business practices (e.g., marketing, strategy, finance, store development, operations) (8+ years)<br>• Direct experience negotiating complex multiyear agreements and contracts with executives (5+ years)<br>• Franchise and/or licensing development and/or experience (5+ years)<br>• National program management (3+ years)<br>• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving capabilities<br>• Extraordinary ability to build relationships cross functionally with both internal and external teams<br>• Ability to influence leaders in significant investment decisions and change management<br>• Ability to adapt strategies and plans, and thrive in an ambiguous environment<br>• Expertise at simplifying complicated material to communicate in a concise and effective way<br><br>As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits.
