The candidate will handle performance tuning, data integrity, and availability for production systems. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases. • Perform query tuning, indexing, and capacity planning. • Implement backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies. • Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery readiness. • Collaborate with development teams on SQL design and optimization. • Automate tasks using T-SQL or PowerShell. Required Skills • 6+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA. • Expertise in SQL Server 2016/2019, Always On Availability Groups, and Replication. • Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance tuning. • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory integration. • Exposure to cloud-based SQL solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
