Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Admin with at least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and exposure to or willingness to learn Salesforce AppExchange programs to join our dynamic team in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing Salesforce environments and implementing solutions that drive business success. This contract to hire position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Perform comprehensive Salesforce Administration tasks, including user management, security settings, data management, and configuration.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports within Salesforce.

- Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure clients are proficient in using Salesforce tools and features.

- Utilize Salesforce AppExchange applications to streamline business processes, enhance workflow automation, and improve project management capabilities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and Salesforce-related applications or managed packages.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and technologies to inform client solutions.

- Document and communicate project progress, changes, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

- Ensure all Salesforce solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.

- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.

- Exposure to managed packages within Salesforce and experience in implementing AppExchange solutions, or strong desire to dive in to that area.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) or equivalent certification preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

- Remote work with little to no travel. Just to the office in Central Florida, occasionally for team-building.
