Market Research and Communication</b></p><ul><li><p>Research key vertical segments and update segmentation summaries- Restaurant, Grocery, Retail, CStore, Financial, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Transportation/Logistics,</span> etc.</p></li><li><p>Research prioritized targets utilizing existing tools- DTV360 (Salesforce), Technomic Ignite, other web resources</p></li><li><p>Identify trends and potential decision factors</p></li><li><p>Competitive research- TV, streaming, music, retail media networks</p></li><li><p>CRM hygiene and data enrichment (Salesforce)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>2. Event Marketing</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with acquisition and event teams on event planning, including pre- and post-event communications to target customers</p></li><li><p>Pre-event attendee research- Company profile, recent developments, potential opportunities</p></li><li><p>Data management- Lead tracking and management, Salesforce.com reporting</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>3. Sales Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Research and identify opportunities to grow locations and services within existing customer base</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li><p>Marketing research and analysis- Ability to recognize and identify key metrics</p></li><li><p>Marketing communication- Ability to develop impactful written customer communications</p></li><li><p>Experience in virtual, cross-functional collaboration</p></li><li><p>Comfortable and experienced speaking with and presenting to current and prospective customers</p></li><li><p>Well-organized and able to prioritize</p></li><li><p>Skillful in written and verbal communication</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and able to hold oneself accountable to tasks in a virtual environment</p></li><li><p>Strong Salesforce, Excel, Word and PPT skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Program Details</b></p><ul><li><p>Duration: 10-week remote internship (This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States. #LI-Remote)</p></li><li><p> Start Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, <i>or</i> June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026</p></li><li><p>Eligibility: Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future</p></li><li><p>This position can earn $20 - $28 per hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers.
