Responsibilities
About the Team
The Human Moderation product team is responsible for optimizing the core human moderation metrics in coordination with OPS team, and designing the process, strategies and toolings to empower OPS team. We build and improve lots of products such as Moderation tools, management tools, training tools to improve the efficiency, quality and user experience of the moderation team.
Responsible for the construction of overseas content security Human Moderation platform, participate in the whole process of product planning and demand management, promote the scientific and efficient management and application of the Ops team, and improve the overall efficiency and experience of the business;
Connect with the business team, go deep into the business scenarios, dig out the pain points of business needs, dismantle them into executable products/operation paths according to the problems, and build a generalized platform capability;
Collaborate with the teams of all directions in the platform to unify the review rules, provide efficient and versatile product tools, and promote the standard and efficient operation of the entire process of product projects;
Responsible for data analysis after product launch, tracking and optimization effects, and promoting continuous product innovation and optimization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Working experience as a Product Manager in ToB tools / SaaS / Platform products in high growth in the tech/software/internet industry with demonstrated success in launching new products and features;
Experienced with Workforce Management systems (Beisen / Workday / SuccessFactors/ PS / SAP /UF / HRIS work experience is preferred.
Knowledge of scheduling/attendance/ working hour management/performance review is a plus;
Strong understanding of business, able to relate to users' pain points. Has good business sense, communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration skills;
Able to prioritise under a short timeframe with multiple counterparts and stakeholders to achieve the business goal;
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and above in relevant fields, Engineering or Computer Science background is a plus;
Data and result-driven with strong analytical skills, using data to support decision-making.
