Job description Company Overview: Amazon is looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Express Delivery Driver. In this position, you will be an essential part of Amazon’s last-mile delivery operation, ensuring packages reach customers safely and on time. Express Delivery Driver represent Amazon to the public, demonstrating professionalism, excellent time management, and dedication to outstanding service. Role and Responsibilities: As a Express Delivery Driver, you will play a key role in delivering packages efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities include: • Safely transport packages between delivery stations, facilities, and customer locations. • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules using Amazon’s GPS and mobile tools. • Load and unload packages carefully and efficiently from delivery vehicles. • Use handheld devices to navigate routes, scan packages, and confirm deliveries. • Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience. • Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues or vehicle problems promptly. • Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon delivery policies. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicles clean and in good working condition. • Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and delivery issues to supervisors and dispatchers.
