We are a welcoming and inclusive 100% employee-owned company.The Position: The Seasonal Digital Engagement Specialist I is responsible for ongoing customer engagement related to King Arthur Baking’s digital channels: website content, social media, and additional platforms. This role’s primary goals are to ensure that the King Arthur Baking brand resonates positively with new and existing fans, and that digital marketing initiatives are supported in online conversations. This position is part of the digital marketing team, and works closely with the Customer Support, Editorial, and Test Kitchen teams.The Location: Remote, located in the United StatesThe Schedule: This is a seasonal role working 40 hours per week. The anticipated start date is mid-September and is expected to last approximately 4 months.The Pay: $19.77 to $24.07 per hour worked; commensurate with experienceEssential Duties And Responsibilities• Monitor and respond to KABC audiences on social media and other online platforms; answering questions, amplifying positive comments, de-escalating sensitive situations, and proactively engaging others in ways that support and draw positive attention to the KABC brand and our campaigns.• Answer basic baking and product questions from our audience and moderately challenging questions with help from Digital Engagement Team Lead, Digital Engagement Specialist II members, and/or other relevant team members as needed.• Produce weekly reports for digital marketing and customer support teams which capture relevant metrics, summarize audience sentiments and activity, and provide updates on ongoing digital marketing initiatives.• Additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary.This should not be construed as an exhaustive list of all job duties and responsibilities.
