Description:

  • Lead and support a small team, acting as a point of escalation for complex billing and collection issues while ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Oversee the monthly billing cycle, preparing and distributing accurate statements and addressing inquiries from Sales and customers
  • Manage collections through reminder emails, outbound calls, and maintaining professional client communication on account status
  • Apply and reconcile wire payments, resolving unapplied payments and discrepancies promptly
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Support teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential
  • Familiarity with billing or finance platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or Zendesk is a bonus, but not needed
