Your Role:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Engage with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  • Plan and execute marketing programs targeting corporate and executive audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand promotion.
  • Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to promote our brand, attract potential talent, and engage with our audience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Students applying through a credit-bearing graded school internship with prior experience in Recruitment would be a plus.
