About the Role

As in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll lead and mentor the recruitment team, collaborate with business leaders to meet hiring objectives, and contribute to key initiatives that support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy: Design and implement strategic initiatives to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, guide, and support the recruitment team to meet hiring objectives and foster a positive team culture.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and create customized recruitment strategies.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage recruitment analytics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably holding a CEI Basic Certificate.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective hiring strategies in a competitive market.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent management.
