<strong>Description<br><br></strong>Amazon Operations in Singapore is looking for a passionate and talented Program Manager for Supply Chain team, taking lead in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and Supply Chain Execution across diverse business channels.<br><br>The role acts as bridge between business and operations teams and is responsible for seamless business planning and execution during peak and off peak periods while maximizing customer/seller experience. This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership and requires strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory management.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize customer/seller experience</li><li> Support the business growth in constrained environments with Frugal and innovative solutions</li><li> Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation</li><li> Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses</li><li> Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences</li><li> Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership</li><li> Influence on inventory planning with business stakeholders to avoid/reduce unhealthy stocks in fulfillment center</li><li> Manage multiple stakeholders and diverse supply chains from vendors/sellers to our fulfillment centers, through difficult conversation to drive the best course of actions for total business<br><br></li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of program or project management experience</li><li> 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience</li><li> 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience</li><li> Bachelor's degree</li><li> Familiarity with Supply Chain Management concepts, e.g. 3PL operations, inventory placement, capacity management and cross border logistics.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience</li><li> Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization</li><li> Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)<br><br></li></ul>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
