Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Management, this role is your opportunity to be the engine behind orchestrating growth through strategic marketing, managing corporate alliances, the architect of our evolving ecosystem and running experiential events that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Brand Strategy
    • Design and implement marketing campaigns that elevate visibility and drive engagement
    • Translate insights into strategy—online and offline
    • Craft narratives and content that connect deeply with modern audiences
       
  • Corporate Partnerships & Alliances
    • Identify and cultivate strategic partners who align with our mission
    • Develop co-branded initiatives and win-win collaborations
    • Manage partner relationships, from onboarding to results tracking


       

  • Ecosystem Development
    • Map out and grow a vibrant ecosystem of clients, collaborators, influencers, and communities
    • Strategically connect internal and external stakeholders for synergy and scale
    • Launch initiatives that increase network value—more than just business, but shared purpose
       
  • Event & Experience Management

    • Plan and execute high-impact events—career seminars, activations, partner showcases, etc.
    • Ensure seamless coordination from concept to wrap-up
    • Make every touchpoint memorable, relevant, and brand-aligned
    • Track performance and ROI of past events

  • Provide regular reports/ presentation on progress of key initiatives and strategies of the Strategic Management Department. 
  • Perform other roles as instructed by HOD in the administration of department matters (i.e. minutes taking and annual report contribution)
     
  • Energetic, curious, and comfortable navigating across different teams and industries
  • Great at building relationships and growing communities
  • Strategic with numbers, creative with ideas
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent hustle
  • Experience in partnerships, campaigns, or ecosystem roles is a major plus
