About the position

Responsibilities

  • Onboard DAI (Digital Advertising Insertion) on National networks while preserving D-HIC capabilities.
  • Expand DAI certification for FAST Programmer enablement use cases.
  • Partner with Ads architecture and engineering teams to recommend solutions for advertisers and users in Digital advertisement.
  • Participate in architectural reviews and provide feedback for rapid delivery and solutioning.
  • Demonstrate strong technical product management, automation, development, and deployment background.
  • Manage work efforts of development and test engineers for multiple projects, including Quality-of-service initiatives.
  • Provide leadership in product design with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage resources and policy formation in assigned responsibilities.
  • Accelerate product enablement, manage monitoring tools, and resolve advertisement issues by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Improve operational efficiency by automating workflows for DAI enablement at scale.
  • Achieve cross-platform consistency for dynamic ads across devices.
  • Maintain technological competitiveness and adoption of industry standards in DAI technology.
  • Build and enhance systems for scalable ad insertion across diverse content and viewer types.
  • Innovate with precision to help expand product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • 5 years of experience with product/project management in digital or satellite delivery for Advertising Technology or content/distribution.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Background in Scaled Agile Framework, preferably SAFe certified.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ad debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and others.
  • Familiarity with ad technologies and requirements in the Ad industry.
