Mission of the role:  This role drives Amazon marketplace growth by managing operational excellence and executing impactful PPC advertising strategies for two Amazon accounts. You’ll oversee listing optimization, account health, compliance, and customer engagement while delivering data-driven advertising campaigns. By combining operational know-how with marketing expertise, you’ll help ensure consistent sales performance, strong brand presence, and marketplace profitability. Key Responsibilities:  Amazon Operations & Compliance • Optimize product listings to improve ranking and conversion. • Monitor account health metrics, manage case logs, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. • Manage customer feedback and develop initiatives to improve ratings and brand reputation. • Provide regular performance reports for data-driven decision-making. Amazon PPC & Advertising Strategy  • Plan, launch, and optimize Sponsored Ads campaigns for two Amazon accounts. • Conduct keyword research and adjust bids using tools (e.g., Helium 10, Scale Insights, DataDive) and Amazon Brand Analytics. • Track and analyze campaign metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR) to improve performance and ROI. • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads and listing content are engaging and aligned with brand goals. Key Skills / Experience: • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred). • 2+ years’ hands-on experience in Amazon operations or PPC campaign management. • Strong skills in keyword research, bid strategy, and campaign optimization. • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with advertising tools (e.g., Helium 10). • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and solve problems. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively: • Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed • At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen) • Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling) • Webcam • Designated Workstation • Stable and strong power and internet connectivity • Noise-free and conducive environment
