Role Summary
This Senior Sales Business Intelligence Lead will enable long-term growth by analyzing macro economic, route to market, and industry trends. They will identify sales correlations and drive future sales insights using AI/ML.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative analytical methodologies and visualization techniques to turn data into meaningful actions.
  • Drive a data-driven culture across Sales by sharing expertise on business trends.
  • Collaborate with Sales reporting and analytics teams to integrate AI/ML insights in sales business cadences.
  • Support synthesizing market trends to translate relevant forces into business implications.
  • Analyze variances, define causes, specify potential actions, and understand impact of market and competitive dynamics on business performance.
  • Deliver overall and disaggregated analyses of sales performance leading to useful insights for executive leadership.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively within the team and external senior management partners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 15 years of related experience.
  • Background in sales operations, business planning, finance, strategy, analytics, and/or similar function.
  • Experience working with large complex data sets in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Exceptional decision-making and storytelling skills to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and aggregate information from multiple sources.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills.
