About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, Global Recognition, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of recognition at Starbucks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain recognition projects that amplify the partner experience. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our partners and contribute to the Starbucks culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall operations of the partner recognition program, including defining and delivering program operations, and assisting with platform management, improvements, features, and functionality.
  • Collect partner feedback and ideas to influence future projects and ensure the recognition program delivers on the partner experience.
  • Work cross-functionally between programs to anticipate needs and ensure alignment.
  • Partner with vendors in the continued design, implementation, and sustainment of recognition projects.
  • Perform core project management duties, including guiding projects through formal approval and funding gates, developing project plans, and managing project execution.
  • Drive cross-functional enterprise projects by leading work streams that include high-performing, globally distributed teams.

Essential Qualifications
