The Senior Partnerships Executive plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding the company’s digital footprint across Singapore, and potentially the broader region. This role is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading end-to-end sales initiatives.

With a strong grasp of digital marketing and e-commerce solutions, the Senior Executive contributes to commercial growth while improving internal processes and market responsiveness.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Source, qualify, and convert leads through proactive outreach and follow-up on marketing-generated leads

  • Research industry segments and identify opportunities aligned with company capabilities and growth plans
  • Drive the sales of digital solutions including SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising, media buys, and digital strategy consulting
  • Identify and map client needs to tailored solutions, positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Stay on top of market trends and actively explore new business opportunities in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Client Servicing teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Maintain clear and updated records in the CRM to track sales activities and forecast opportunities
  • Attend networking events, industry meetups, and client engagements to represent the company
  • Regularly report on pipeline status, wins, and areas for improvement

Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma, Degree, or relevant certifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business-related field

Achievements & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally in digital services or agency settings
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape (SEO, SEM, SMM, Web Builds, etc,)
