Job Description

The Senior Executive- Maintenance is the primary technical lead for troubleshooting and repairing all process, utility, emergency, and fire safety equipment. This includes ensuring operational reliability, participating in projects, and upholding EHS compliance and manufacturing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Design and develop electrical systems and components which includes diagrams, schematics, and specification. 
  • Responsible for overall Utility functions & unit of factory contains Compressor, Generator, Pump and Air conditioning system and ensure optimum utilization of energy.  Need to determine the feasibility, cost, and potential performance of electrical systems through analyzing the technical data & preparing reports.  
  • Based on required specifications and safety standards need to ensure routine test and evaluation of electrical systems and components. 
  •  Responsible for conducting regular monitoring, checking & inspection as per industry standard regulations and policies to ensure fictional safety of equipment, efficiency and compliance.  
  • Conduct electrical safety, thermographic visit/audit internally and to maintain follow-up the standard as per built drawing, identify area of improvement, and develop plan for modification and upgrades. 
  • Ensure EHS data tracking in real time as needed per daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly.  
  • Conduct weekly /periodical GEMBA review(NMSO review)meeting with the stakeholder.  Own the permit to work (PTW), MoC(Management of Change), Risk assessment, Fire Safety Maturity Model(FSMM), Safety by Technology(SBT)/Safety Validation (SV).  
  • Monitoring chemical/waste management and provide necessary action as required.  Training all employees, contractors and visitors for company EHS rules and regulation.

Project & Compliance:

  • Support execution of plant projects and special assignments.
  • Collaborate with EHS on emergency response initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards (Nirapon, RSC, LEED V4).
  • Manage documentation for audits, permits, and regulatory inspections.

Technical Expertise:

  • Interpret technical drawings (SLD, ELD, earthing diagrams, LPS).
  • Work with automation systems: PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, IBMS.
  • Hands-on with utilities: generators, compressors, UPS, cooling towers, substations.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.

Technical Skills:

  • Electrical systems and fire safety.
  • ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Reading machine manuals and specs.
  • LOTO and electrical/machine safety procedures, SBT etc

Preferred Skills:

  • Electrical supervisory certification (advantageous).
  • Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Strong communication and adaptability.
  • Adherence to industrial safety standards.
  • Clear under standing of A3, CAPEX & OPEX
