WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? We're beginning an exciting new chapter and seeking a Senior Customer Service Rep to join our brand-new Global Customer Service Team. This is a unique opportunity to help build the foundations of customer experience for a rapidly growing start in the social space. Timeleft is on a mission to fight urban loneliness, one dinner at a time. Following our explosive growth in 17 countries over the past five months, we must strengthen our CS team. We're looking for a dynamic person based in Indonesia with strong international knowledge, an open-minded culture, and a desire for a challenge. TEAM & REQUIREMENTS Collaborative Team Dynamics: As a Customer Service Rep, you will report to the Head of Customer Service and play a key role in shaping our customer experience. You will be responsible for taking the lead on customer support for the APAC region. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in customer support, with a background working in the startup environment. Exceptional ability to communicate and de-escalate contentious situations. Creative thinker passionate about improving processes and systems to ensure they work well for the team and the customer. Loves to write not just emails but articles. Flawless English and Indonesian or Bahasa Indonesia, other languages are appreciated! Proficiency in using Zendesk, Slack, and Notion.
