We are looking for an outstanding individual to develop and drive execution of new offers initiatives, commercial framework, and disruptive affordability programs to increase customer access to Apple products in South Asia region.

Description

In this role, you will: - Undertake a detailed analysis to expand affordability access, deliver innovative and great customer offers for Apple products in all routes to markets. - Perform both internal/external commercial analysis, emerging market trends, and pricing data to develop deep knowledge of product offerings. - Develop compelling consumer propositions, such as financing, trade-in, device bundles, in-house financing, leasing, subscription, and other affordability offers. - End-to-end development and project management of new business initiatives, offers & affordability programs, and demand generation activities by incorporating partners’ economics, consumer offer construct, and key commercial terms. - Lead Apple commercial contract pipeline, including commercial negotiation with key partners’ executive level, and manage partners’ compliance with key commercial terms. - Formulate commercial position and develop commercial framework in conjunction with country and regional strategic plan. - Synthesize, simplify complex problems, design structured recommendations, create and present effective storylines to C-Level executives within partners and Apple. - Maintain centralized engagement with worldwide teams, improve calibration of worldwide and local plans, facilitate the usage of worldwide insights and initiatives that are relevant for the South Asia market and partners.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen, excellent analytical & business modelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to systematically apply structure and principles using data.
  • Highly collaborative and effective at navigating ambiguity.
  • High proficiency in Keynote, Pages/Word, and Excel/Numbers.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • 10 years of experience in commercial roles within carriers, financial institutions, management consulting, or technology vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of consumer financing schemes, technology products landscape, local channel structures, carrier economics, and offer structures.
  • Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, highly adaptable to stakeholders’ business priorities.
  • Problem solver by nature - exceptional skills in synthesizing and simplifying complex problems, and creating programmatic approach recommendations.
  • Ability to design and implement innovative, commercially focused regional/country plans.
  • Highly skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of securing buy-in from senior executives externally and internally.
  • Proven experience in negotiating large and complex commercial agreements.
  • Ability to craft compelling linear narratives, articulate strategic thinking concisely, and deliver impactful and inspiring storytelling.
  • MS/MBA preferred but not conditional.
