Location: Singapore Goodyear Talent Acquisition Representative: Bon Jovi Sinday Sponsorship Available: No Relocation Assistance Available: No **Responsibilities**: - Plan, implement and execute sales programs to ensure 100% compliance to attainment of AOP per account/territory focused on sell-in, sell-through and, sell-out to different channels (distribution, retail, fleet, and sub-dealers) - End-to-End Account Management: Ensure correct mix of products across the sub-dealer base, managed trading terms and sustained collections throughout its operations, ultimately driving profitability for both GY and Distributors. - Ensure 100% monitoring of all competitive activities in the territory that may affect dealer sales and as well as to ensure that all consumer feedback are attended to (performance feedback, adjustment claims, etc). Collect market back pricing on a regular basis and align actions with Pricing & Product Managere - Ensures there is consistent strategy alignment with Branded Retail Programs. Works with Branded Retail and other Sales & Marketing counterparts to deploy best business practices and integrate within Key Account Plans. - Implement and Ensure 100% compliance to coverage plans and reporting guidelines including coverage of subdealer accounts in the assigned territory **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration or a related field, is required - Minimum five to seven years in a relevant role, preferably a multinational company - Knowledge in market analysis, financial analysis, customer relations, budget management, needs analysis, strategic planning and brand positioning is preferred - Leadership and people-management skills that will enable the development of a high-performing marketing organization - Proven ability for strategic analysis/thinking Product Commercialization Process & Consumer Lifecyle Marketing Business case preparation - Ability to work under pressure Group presentation skills Ability to work at all levels in a multinational organization Strong communication (oral and written) skills in English Financially adept
