Effective daily management of appointed contractor to ensure smooth and full delivery of company products and proper execution of all load-dispatching administrative and route maintenance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform shipment creation and truck assignment for all orders across all channels (Direct Sales, Flow-through, Wholesaler, Vending, Same day delivery,etc.).
  • Ensure all the route information (including delivery timing) is well maintained properly in LEO system for efficient route planning (Or auto dispatching).
  • Maximize the utilization rate of all the vehicles through LEO system.
  • Co-ordinate closely with the Distribution Operations Team to improve delivery efficiency by providing valuable feedback and suggestion on those problematic/challenging outlets.
  • Attend and resolve all feedback and complaints from the various departments on delivery issues, which are related to route planning.
  • Continuously improve the route efficiency by getting feedback from the DSD drivers.
  • Ensure all new outlets are correctly geo-coded to facilitate sequential deliveries.
  • Use route planning system to continuously improve the routing call-sequence and scheduling.
  • Liaise with IS of any malfunction of the route planning system.
  • Validate & approving the C1DM for new customer or updating delivery info.

Job Requirements
  • This position will be based in JTC SpaceTuas.
  • 5 days work week, Mon-Fri. Shift 1: 8:15am - 5:30pm; Shift 2: 2:15pm - 11:30pm (Shift 2 is entitled to shift allowance). Working on weekend(s) may be required, subjected to Operations need.
  • Proficient in spoken Chinese (in order to handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking drivers in regards with the shipment related matters.)
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in simillar position is required. Experience in FMCG industry will be added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in SAP and ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Diligent and organized.
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team.
