Responsibilities
- Responsible for annual financial plans, monthly forecasts and reporting for several corporate areas along with other ad hoc analysis.
- Be a key partner with the business and Human Resources to support headcount planning and monthly review of budgeted open positions.
- Analyze data from business partners, evaluate accuracy and completeness, and calculate adjustments to improve planning and forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee expense account structure, planning, analysis, and communication processes between business partners and management.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, and Corporate Accounting teams to optimize results.
- Drive improvements in operating efficiency.
- Provide analytical support to business partners.
- Prepare ad hoc expense, plan, and forecast reports as needed.
