[Remote] Remote/ Oracle HCM Recruiting/Core HR Specialist/ USC/GC/GC EAD on W2 basis

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. APPSIXER is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Recruiting/Core HR Specialist to support global Oracle Recruiting and Core HR integration efforts. This role requires a blend of strong functional expertise and solid technical capabilities across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, primarily focusing on configurations and enhancements within the Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR.


Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze recruiting-related requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Configure and enhance Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functionality including requisitions, candidate management, flows, templates, approvals, and security roles.
  • Contribute to configurations within Core HR: Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring, and security.
  • Configure Redwood UX and Recruiting Analytics/OTBI reports.
  • Support multi-country ORC implementations and potentially enable Recruiting Booster capabilities.
  • Lead workshops, create functional specifications, prepare documentation, and support SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Perform Extracts, Integrations (OIC), HDL/HSDL uploads, and data migrations.
  • Provide continuous support and knowledge transfer.

Skills

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting & Core HR
  • Strong understanding of Journeys, Self-Service (MSS/ESS), Redwood/VB UX
  • Experience with Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and multi-country implementations
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across technical and business teams
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Recruiting/HR & Core HR)
  • Exposure to AI Agents is a plus
