Responsibilities

  • Maintaining online chats at ecommerce platforms such as Shopee and/or Lazada, and handle customer dispute
  • Required to be able to converse comfortably in both English and Mandarin (spoken) to team members and customers. Should be able to read basic Chinese
  • Google Sheets (excel) skill, able to do basic data entry
  • Other adhoc ecommerce work

Work Remote

  • Fully remote, work from home.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service
  • Has experience in handling customer dispute and complaints
  • Must have minimum 1 year exposure to Shopee and/or Lazada Seller Platforms
  • Internet connection must be reliable

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM15.00 - RM22.00 per hour
