[Remote] Finance Business Intelligence Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compass Group USA is seeking a Finance Business Intelligence Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of financial and operational business intelligence solutions. This role involves partnering with Finance, IT, and Operations to enhance reporting and automation while fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, business intelligence, or data analytics within a large, multi-site organization.
  • Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and transforming data; experienced with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Familiar with additional BI tools such as Google Looker.
  • Skilled in analytics and workflow automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate).
  • Proven success establishing data governance and performance optimization practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Experience with SAP, Anaplan, or Essbase/Hyperion preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional partnerships and leading change in fast-paced environments.
