The Elite Job is looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst to join our growing digital-first team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from internal and external sources

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making

  • Interpret complex data and translate findings into clear business insights

  • Work with teams across marketing, product, operations, and finance to understand data needs

  • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large data sets

  • Provide predictive analytics and forecasting reports

  • Ensure data integrity and quality assurance standards are met

  • Present findings to stakeholders in a compelling and digestible format

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools: SQL, Excel, Python and/or R

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for presenting insights clearly

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple projects

  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role

  • Internship or project experience is acceptable for junior applicants

  • Remote work or freelance experience is a plus

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical modeling preferred

Working Hours
