We are looking for a regional IT audit manager, who will be based in Singapore, functionally reporting to Audit Department of Maxim’s Group in Hong Kong and focused on IT audit in the Southeast Asian region. Responsibilities Define annual audit work plan for IT audit. Plan and execute IT audits across the region, covering IT governance, IT security, cybersecurity, IT operations, IT applications, business continuity, IT projects, performance review, etc. Identify and assess IT risks and controls and provide recommendations to improve the IT control environment. Prepare reports on the results of audits with appropriate recommendations for improvements. Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and monitor the progress of remediation actions. Facilitate IT governance and risk management initiatives of the Group. Provide technical advisory to management for IT risks, governance, and controls. Coordinate and support IT related activities of Audit Department. Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned. Requirements A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, accounting, or related fields. A professional certification in IT audit, such as CIA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC. At least 5-8 years of IT audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or a multinational company. Strong knowledge of IT frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT and ITIL. Experience in data analytics is an advantage. Be proactive, self-initiative and well-organized. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 30%-40% of the time within the region. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of regional assistant IT audit manager.
