<p>We are seeking a skilled and passionate Qualitative Researcher to join our dynamic research team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and a deep understanding of qualitative research methodologies. This role involves designing and conducting qualitative studies, analyzing data, and presenting insights that drive decision-making and strategies across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>The job scope covers the following:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Developing and overseeing research project design for clients to meet research needs </li><li>Design qualitative research studies using appropriate methods </li><li>Moderation and interviewing (focus groups, interviews, lab sessions and workshops)</li><li>Ensuring all deliverables meet client needs and generate strong insights and impact for clients’ business.</li><li>Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.</li><li>Prepare and present comprehensive reports, highlighting key findings and implications for stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate with teams to integrate qualitative insights into broader research initiatives.</li><li>Working closely with the other business units to ensure proper co-ordination and completion of high-quality fieldwork.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest qualitative research trends and methodologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights either with research agencies or end clients</li><li>Expertise in Brand Strategy and Qualitative research methodologies</li><li>At least 5-8 years of strong market research experience, especially in the use of advanced qualitative research techniques</li><li>Strong communications and presentation skills (including high quality written English writing ability) </li><li>Excellent at collaboration and problem solving with colleagues and clients</li><li>Interest in using AI tools to complement/supplement insights work </li><li>Tertiary Qualifications in Social Sciences, Psychology, Journalism, Business, or a data related discipline</li></ul><p></p>
