Competitive Compensation * Salaried exempt range for this role is $98,429 to $164,140 * Participation in Annual Incentive Program. Position Summary The Product Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of marine reverse osmosis (RO) water maker systems tailored for both leisure and commercial vessels. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and service teams to deliver customized water purification solutions that meet the unique needs of marine applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of RO systems, a deep understanding of the marine industry, and proven sales expertise to expand market share, support product launches, and ensure customer satisfaction across diverse marine sectors. * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge of divisional products and value propositions. * Maintain and increase sales of division products through assigned sales goals. * Manage product/portfolio mix and strategy. * Utilize CRM platform to track leads and opportunities. * Develop and maintain customer relationships for both direct (OEM) and indirect (distribution) channels for assigned products. * Provide product training to sales team members and both direct and indirect customers. * Identification of new business, technologies, markets, and customer needs. * Distribution Channel Management Support. * Obtain specifications and approvals from necessary parties to secure opportunities and ensure alignment. * Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products. * Assist leadership in strategic planning initiatives. * Support cross divisional and group sales initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in technical / engineering discipline * Microsoft 365 experience * Salesforce experience preferred * Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct or distribution sales * Strong knowledge of marine market, technical experience and proven track record is desired. * Must be able to travel overnight as required. * Innovative / creative background and capabilities. * Premier customer service mentality and proven track record. * Ability to develop solutions to customer problems and translate the solutions into business development strategies and products. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
