Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Flight Attendant Duties:

  • Ensure passengers' safety, security, and comfort during flights
  • Anticipate passenger needs and personalize service to enhance the travel experience.
  • Deliver personalized, high-quality in-flight service
  • Develop in-flight menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Order and manage catering services, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Handle pre-flight safety checks
  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages according to passenger preferences
  • Provide first aid and medical assistance when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the cabin.

Logistics Support Duties:

  • Assist Customer Service Director with catering and logistics arrangement.
  • Assist in managing flight schedules, coordinating with operations team and flight crew
  • Handle ground and travel logistics, including crew hotel, flights and transfers booking
  • Prepare comprehensive logistics briefings for crew members, including itineraries, schedules, and travel details.
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Monitor and manage inventory of in-flight supplies and catering provisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Flight Attendant, preferably in a private jet setting
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in menu planning and catering coordination
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible/ irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of flight operations and logistics is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
