Reporting into the ASEAN Partner Organization Leader, as the Acceleration Partner Development Manager for ASEAN within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS' services and solutions, driving strategic initiatives across a portfolio of partners and solution providers.

Your broad responsibilities will include helping to define and execute against the partner program, establishing business and technical relationships, and managing the day-to-day interactions with the ASEAN Partner Organization and our ASEAN Leadership to build and execute on strategic partner initiatives with our most strategic partners in order to build long-term business and marketing opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the CXO/VP level, as well as a sales and partner management background that enables them to easily lead and influence peers and partners at a frontline across alliance, partner development, partner sales, specialized sales, and account teams. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. The candidate for this role should also have experience working in large, matrix organizations effectively engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders to shape, lead, execute, and build mechanism that run-the-business. Experience working with large software providers, BCAP and GSIs will be critical to manage complex partnerships and be comfortable, working across various teams and earn trust. The candidate should be a self starter, self motivated, a driver who gets things done and has a bias for action and delivering results.

*This opportunity is open for talents in all ASEAN countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam) and role will be placed in the location where the talent is based (no relocation is required)

Key job responsibilities
- Manage a set of strategic business development and growth initiatives to support acceleration of ASEANs most strategy partnerships in collaboration with Partner Development Managers, Partner Sales Managers, Account Teams and ASEAN Sales Leadership.
- Build and Lead our Executive Connect mechanism with our most strategic partners and customers to accelerate GenAI and digital transformations with board and C-Suite.
- Establish, build and execute strategic planning, initiatives and run-the-business mechanisms to drive acceleration across the organization.
- Partner Leadership owner for our partner marketing key initiatives, aligning our Partner Strategies to our partner marketing plan and as the primary sponsor for marketing and strategic communication initiatives with our partner marketing and partner public relationships team.
- As the voice of the partner, engage with AWS partner sales and partner core team leaders to support the growth of the partner by development of new capability and services with various AWS teams.
- Manage and develop multiple Sales and Partner Leadership stakeholder relationships, relentlessly earning trust by aligning and executing on initiatives that support both sales and partner strategies.
- Bar raising document writer, and able to audit/coach broader team on their written documents to accelerate initiatives, and deliver high quality executive engagements.
