Job Details:

  • Contract Duration: 3 Months (Renewable depend on business needs)
  • Salary: $13.53/hr
  • Working Days & Hours: Every Tues to Thurs, from 1:00 PM to 4:10 PM (including a 10-min unpaid break from 3:00 PM to 3:10 PM).

Job Overview:

The Admin/HR Coordinator to support our HR and administrative functions on a part-time basis. This role provides essential support in HR operations, compliance, and general administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The candidates should be reliable and detail oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including job postings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and preparing offer letters.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documents, conducting briefings, arranging system access, and coordinating clearance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and data protection requirements.
  • Facilitate employee briefing such as Employee Handbook acknowledgment, Confidentiality Agreements, and contract signings.

HR Compliance & Training

  • Manage work pass renewals, including accompanying employees to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) when required.
  • Coordinate Mandatory Safety Orientation Course (MSOC) and other required training for workers.
  • Generate HR and administrative reports, including MOM and other statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Support the coordination of employee engagement and welfare initiatives (e.g., company events).

Administrative Support

  • Arrange hotel bookings and order office supplies (groceries, stationery, etc.).
  • Maintain and update HR/admin systems for employee movements (e.g., Timesoft, Efrontier, MHC, Bizphone, Mobile Clock).
  • Support improvement initiatives, including research, liaising with external stakeholders, preparing presentation materials, and assisting with project execution.
  • Provide coverage and support in the absence of the Senior Supervisor.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc administrative or HR tasks as assigned.
