Part Time Admin Support and Operations

Part-time Admin Support and Operations role at Write Edge, supporting tuition management system implementation and daily admin tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Operations team in coordinating the implementation of the tuition management system, including tracking progress, updating records, and liaising with relevant teams.
  • Assisting the Teacher Development team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks across departments.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and document organisation across both teams.
  • Helping streamline internal workflows and supporting day-to-day operational needs.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for other administrative and project-related tasks as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or other related field.
  • Ongoing students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and general technology.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment; resilient under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick reactions, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Accountability, responsibility, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $12/hour.
  • Hybrid working environment (Tampines Plaza 1 and remote).
  • Work hours: Tuesday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.
