Are you passionate about working in a creative art environment, but prefer being behind the scenes? We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back-of-House Team Member to support our operations with paint mixing, varnishing, and post-service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mixing paints according to our formulas
  • Spray varnishing artworks
  • Organising and preparing paintings for collection
  • Cleaning and maintaining the workspace

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience with paints is preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable with routine tasks
  • Ideally based near our Bugis studio, as shifts are short but frequent

Role Details

  • Non-customer-facing position
  • Commitment: 1–2 evenings per week (2–3 hours per shift)
  • Flexible scheduling. Typically weekdays, before 10 am or after 6 pm— shifts may also be available earlier in the evening or between sessions, depending on studio needs
