<strong>Job Title<br><br></strong>Officer, Ground Operations<br><br><strong>Reports To<br><br></strong>Station Manager<br><br><strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Deliver professional assistance to process and facilitate passengers and their baggage through the airport with minimum inconvenience to them without tolerate the regulatory requirement and operation standards.<br><br><strong>Key Accountability<br><br></strong>Check In Counter<br><br><ul><li>To ensure cleanliness of counter.</li><li>Must be customer service oriented - greetings, smile always and polite.</li><li>Check in - correct, fast and accurate.</li><li>Travel document - knowledge to read travel documents from all countries, validity and up to date.</li><li>Baggage tag - correct and sufficient.</li><li>Baggage and lost & found matters - alert at all time.</li><li>Open counter - 90 mins before STD</li><li>Close counter - 30 mins before STD<br><br></li></ul>Gate & Arrival<br><br><ul><li>To ensure boarding gate is opened at least 30 minutes prior to STD.</li><li>Able to make delay and gate change announcements.</li><li>To collect boarding pass and to assist passengers at the gate.</li><li>To ensure no over size or heavy baggage taken to the aircraft.</li><li>To ensure 20 minutes ground time not exceed.</li><li>To hand over and to collect aircraft documents for office filings.</li><li>Inbound / Outbound Passenger Manifest.</li><li>Inbound / Outbound Cargo Manifest.</li><li>General Declaration (where applicable).</li><li>Inbound / Outbound Signed Loadsheet & NOTOC.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications & Working Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Possess at least diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in airline or aviation field focusing on operation and station management.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills & Knowledge<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent English communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management, colleagues and passenger with confident and accuracy.</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and airlines operation systems will be a plus point.</li><li>Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.</li></ul>
