As a key contributor to the patient care experience, this role will be involved in day to day patient care, but also oversee workflows, optimize processes, and support team members in delivering high-quality, virtual-first primary care. The Medical Assistant Lead must demonstrate agency and initiative, with a willingness to integrate AI-driven tools into medical assistant workflows to enhance efficiency and patient care. The Lead Medical Assistant will act as a bridge between clinical staff and management, ensuring that patient care is efficient, empathetic, and aligned with our mission to make healthcare accessible to all.</div> <div>The clinical team at Curai uses Artificial intelligence-empowered electronic records to deliver urgent care and primary care to our patients. Patients come for both urgent and primary care, and their visits can be based on a condition or a request to see a Primary Care Clinician. Most medical care is delivered through asynchronous or synchronous chat with a provider. Video visits are also available when needed.
