Your Mission: To Inspire the Next Generation of Math Thinkers

In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern education, leveraging technology to maximize your impact.

  • Deliver Engaging Hybrid Lessons: Teach O-Level (A-Math) and A-Level Math to a dynamic class of both online and onsite students simultaneously, mastering our unique hybrid approach.
  • Shape Future Learning Resources: Enhance our proven teaching materials and question banks, contributing your expertise to continuously improve our curriculum.
  • Drive Student Progress: Provide timely, constructive feedback on assignments and proactively monitor each student's journey toward mastery.
  • Partner with Parents: Build strong, communicative relationships with parents, giving them clear insights and confidence in their child's progress.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Showcase the power of the Advo method to prospective families and welcome them into our success story.

Who You Are:

We're looking for more than just a qualification; we're looking for the right mindset.

  • A holder of a Bachelor’s Degree (a strong foundation in Mathematics is essential).
  • Deeply familiar with the demands of the GCE O-Level A-Math and A-Level Math syllabi.
  • An engaging, outgoing personality with the genuine ability to connect with and inspire teenagers.
  • A true mentor who is passionate about making a positive, lasting impact on students' lives and academic confidence.
  • Tech-comfortable and eager to adapt to innovative teaching methods.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and communicative team player.
  • Available to work our core hours:
    4 weekdays: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (dinner break provided)
    Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:45 PM (lunch break provided)
    (Note: Hours adjust during school holidays.)

Bonus points if you have 1+ years of prior teaching experience, but it's not a deal-breaker for the right candidate with exceptional potential.
