Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.<br><br>We are seeking a Space and Occupancy Manager to join our Portfolio Management team and report to the APAC Portfolio Planning Lead. The manager will support the planning of existing Netflix offices, lead on the development of space programming for new Netflix spaces, and track changes in workplace occupancy of Netflix’s evolving real estate portfolio in the APAC region.<br><br>The Portfolio Management team is a strategic partner to the business. As part of Netflix’s Enterprise Operations team, we plan, execute, and implement real estate and spatial solutions to support Netflix's rapid growth and needs as the business continues to evolve and expand globally.<br><br>The Portfolio Management Space and Occupancy Manager will focus on planning and analyzing Netflix's existing and planned corporate locations within the APAC region. The role will collaborate and communicate with other members of the global Portfolio Management team and stakeholders from across the company.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Liaise, influence, and build relationships with local/regional business partners to ensure their business’s allocation, adjacency, and spatial needs are met, validating yearly headcount projections and short-term spatial programming/technical requirements </li><li>Proactively analyze, track, and report space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes, space requirements, attendance, and utilization data</li><li>Partner with the global Portfolio Management: Portfolio Planning, Systems & Data, and Analytics teams to strategize long-term occupancy and spatial solutions, develop workplace pilots specific to the region to support hybrid workplaces, and inform best practices for real estate decisions</li><li>Partner closely and develop relationships with cross-functional local teams, including Workplace, Moves, and Design/Construction, to support existing sites </li><li>Develop move scenarios in collaboration with local workplace teams for existing sites </li><li>Perform spatial analysis to proactively drive change in seating strategies, maximizing space utilization </li><li>Be a champion of change management for end users - creating, contributing, and maintaining employee resources to navigate workplace strategies (assigned seating, flex seating, hybrid work, etc). </li><li>Lead presentations for highly visible projects for a wide range of stakeholders (ie, senior leadership), containing but not limited to workplace standards and agile work environments.</li><li>Engage with a variety of business groups (including admins and executive leadership) on conceptual space occupancy plans and recommendations to stakeholders, subsequently preparing block plans or stacking diagrams</li><li>Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights with regard to workplace strategy, design, and best practices</li><li>Other duties may be assigned</li><li>This is an in-person role and not eligible for remote work</li><li>Travel up to 25% of the time<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements/Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Occupancy, or Space Planning </li><li>8+ years of experience in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment</li><li>High degree of flexibility and the ability to collaborate, problem solve, and multitask with multiple ongoing projects</li><li>Proficiency in Google Suite, specifically Sheets, including advanced data manipulation and analysis skills, with the capability to effectively interpret and present data insights.</li><li>Experience with CAFM systems (preferably Serraview/Eptura)</li><li>Knowledge of ADA requirements and building codes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret floor plans and construction documents <br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including with senior leadership</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based, deadline-oriented environment</li><li>Ability to effectively manage complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities</li><li>Ability to develop business cases and service requirements while creating and managing strategic alliances</li><li>Ability to build internal networks and work cross-functional</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Demonstrated ability to produce reports/documents</li><li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills<br><br></li></ul>Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
