The day-to-day

As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage the complete Returns Material Authorization (RMA) process with a focus on flawless execution.
  • Determine and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our returns workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and strict adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and maintain critical metrics to monitor and improve the performance of the RMA process.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting an inclusive and productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with collaborators to address and resolve any issues related to returns.
