  • Develop the business in APAC, identify opportunities, lead sales efforts, and manage and develop client relationships
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organisation
  • Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely
  • Lead the proposal development process, including RFP responses, pitch presentations, and pricing strategies  
  • Conducting market and trend analyses to support the business identifying strategic opportunities for growth
  • Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities in the region
  • Collaborate with practice leads to align business development efforts with the firm’s capabilities
  • Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry specific knowledge and practical experiences
  • About you:

  • Degree holder 
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience within banking industry at a management consulting firm, or management function within a financial firm with long term exposure to project delivery 
  • Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management
  • Strong network within financial services industry 
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and emerging opportunities 
    Experience in developing tailored consulting solutions that address key challenges such as digital transformation, customer acquisition, risk management, operational efficiency, and so on 
  • A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client’s organisation 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders 
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams 
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualize solutions
  • Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to navigate and influence senior stakeholders
