This position will lead a team that maintains 100% state authorization compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring that all ATGE institutions are in compliance with applicable state requirements and to serve as an advisor on policies and practices across the institutional state authorization spectrum in such a way that a culture of good standing is endemic.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provides review and oversight to the licensing team and relevant institutional colleagues, including consultative guidance regarding applications, reviewing and approving reports as necessary and overseeing the compilation of supporting documentation; this includes all necessary tracking documentation designed to meet deadlines.</li><li>Participates in and supports the development and implementation of administrative and operational policies that are consistent with state regulatory requirements.</li><li>Keeps abreast of emerging trends and on-going issues in licensing, ensuring that institutional representatives and senior leaders are kept informed through timely analysis and communication.</li><li>Represents ATGE with licensing associations.
