ABOUT LEAD Program 

The LEAD program is an accelerated growth career program that takes two years on average and emphasizes your experience in leadership and career development. The program has a comprehensive framework, depending on your chosen field, that covers on-the-job training through sub-functional and cross-functional rotations, stretch assignments and learning and training. 

 

When you embark on your journey with us, you will participate in two-week onboarding programs to learn about the company and all important areas of the organization. You will also be guided by various managers at different stages of the project and coached by a mentor who is usually a leader of the organization.

 

Towards the end of the journey, you will be assessed on your overall performance and provided a job placement opportunity if you are performing well. You will also pair with a buddy who is a program associate to support each other throughout the journey. 

 

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As LEAD Associate, Operations function  

  • You will start in the Operations function and then rotate into various sub-functions of Operations, and then you will be given the opportunity to rotate into cross functions like Supply Chain,  Marketing or Sales to gain knowledge and skills that will help you excel in Operations Excellence.  Each rotation can vary from 2 to 8 months depending on the projects and tasks assigned to youMajor projects and tasks are as follows but not limited to:

  • Facilitate operational excellence projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools 

  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for optimization 

  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights into operational performance and improvement opportunities 

  • Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure the success of operational improvements 

  • Support the development of process improvement initiatives in collaboration with various departments 

  • You will develop your technical, functional and leadership skills in Operations.

  • Other than a line manager, you will be assigned a Mentor to guide you in your career development and navigate the organisation.

  • Engineering Degree in Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and Automation

  • Proficient in digital tools for data analysis, such as Python, SQL, and related data libraries.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Fluent in both written and spoken local language and English.
