Mailroom Specialist (Up to $1800/month, AWS) - 5.5 days work week)- at Raffles Place Area

Job Summary:

In the role of Mailroom Specialist, your duties include organizing, preparing, and handling both inbound and outbound mail to guarantee prompt and precise dispatch. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient mailroom operations and supporting the logistical functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize received correspondence and packages by location, dimensions, and category.

  • Assemble and label outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging for delivery.

  • Operate various mail processing equipment such as sorting machines, scales, and handheld devices.

  • Maintain precise tracking and documentation of all handled mail.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom area.

  • Support the oversight and replenishment of mailing materials (such as envelopes and labels).

  • Follow safety protocols and procedures in handling packages and materials.

  • Support other tasks related to mail management as required

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy packages.
