Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Chauffeur, to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for transporting clients throughout Central Florida and beyond, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company-owned luxury vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations.
  • Conduct pre/post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with luggage, offering refreshments, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.
  • Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, company safety protocols, and client confidentiality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients as appropriate for the task.
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained and operational.
  • Represent Destination MCO in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Valid Florida Driver's License for at minimum the past two years.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a driver with passengers.
  • Willingness to drive a range of fleet vehicles.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
  • Strong navigation skills with proficiency in using GPS technology.
  • Must be punctual, professional, and reliable

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $16.00/hr non-CDL's, pay differential for CDL license.
  • W2 employment, paid per hour, not per trip
