<p>Our Banking client is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team in Singapore, with a key focus on disputes management and regulatory governance matters. You will play a critical role in advising on litigation strategy and protecting the bank's legal interests across a broad range of contentious matters.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will advise stakeholders on litigation and regulatory enforcement risks and represent the bank’s interests in negotiations and dispute resolution processes. You will also monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the banking industry, particularly in litigation trends and enforcement actions</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with about 5-6 years of post-qualification experience, admitted to practice in Singapore. A strong background in litigation and dispute resolution within the banking sector, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to navigate complex legal matters and engage effectively across teams.</p>
