<strong>What The Role Is<br><br></strong>We are searching for Program and Project Managers, who will be responsible in planning, managing and ensuring the successful implementation of Intelligence Analytics and Anti-Scam related projects for Home Team departments. For large-scale project(s), the jobholder will either perform as Program Manager or work with the respective Program Manager to ensure successful rollout of the project(s).<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Working On<br><br></strong><ul><li> Work closely with the respective stakeholders on the following:</li><li> gather and scope the business requirements to be developed into business cases and specifications;</li><li> perform feasibility studies on new/existing technologies, evaluate and recommend ICT solutions that best address the business needs perform; and/or</li><li> assist the stakeholders in the discussion of technologies of interest with vendors or in the use of low-code development platforms, participate in discussions on the technical solutioning, security and integration features for the proposed project.</li><li> Define product specifications, product manage and drive product backlogs where applicable.</li><li> Provide project management to ensure the timely implementation and delivery of projects.</li><li> Perform procurement of services, conduct evaluation, either independently or with his/her supervisor, on system proposals submitted by vendors participating in the Tender/Quotation processes called through the government tendering or quotation procedures.</li><li> Work with developers (in-house or external vendors) to conduct investigation and/or analyse system behaviours, degradations, faults, and mishaps to troubleshoot, identify and resolve any technical problems or system issues where applicable.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.</li><li> Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development, business analysis and/or project management working experience.</li><li> Participated in at least one full software or product development cycle. Experience in Agile methodology will be advantageous.</li><li> Proven experience in IT business analysis and/or IT project management.</li><li> Have fundamental knowledge in ICT Infrastructure and cybersecurity. Prior work experience in Government environment and familiarity with Instruction Manual will be advantageous.</li><li> Have basic knowledge of service design/design thinking and customer journey mapping.</li><li> Knowledge of application modernization and enterprise architecture will be preferred.</li><li> Knowledge on data analytics, data science and AI will be advantageous.</li><li> Have strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.</li><li> Ability to adapt to changes and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li> Good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.<br><br><br></li></ul>All new appointees are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure overtime, based on performance.<br><br>As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical questionnaire, and/or undergo further assessment.<br><br>All shortlisted applicants will be updated on the status of their applications within 4 weeks upon closing of the advertisement.<br><br>
