<p>As an <strong>Inside Sales Representative</strong>, the role is to make meaningful connections with customers and their caregivers to sell Lively products and services that support the customer’s unique health and safety needs. Sales Representatives receive inbound sales and activations calls and use a consultative sales approach to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can enhance or even save lives. To thrive in this role, the Representative must be able to actively listen, deliver kind and clear communication, excel at problem solving, skilled in digital tools and be performance driven.</p> <p> <strong>Pay:</strong> $19/hour base pay, plus uncapped commissions. The average compensation including base + commission is between $53,000 to $55,000 annually.
