The Info Security Ops Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts in the vulnerability management space. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>coordinate the analysis and delivery of Information Security Vulnerability Findings to customers with interpretative information security analysis</li><li>provide reports and metrics based on various inventories, scan results, and data modelling</li><li>maintain strong working relationships with IT engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to remediate Information Security and Vulnerability Findings</li><li>coordinate and lead vulnerability management forums with operations and engineering leads</li><li>automate edge case reports and investigation workflows</li><li>manage the special/priority analyst requirements for Fusion Centre</li><li>revise and update related documentation</li><li>support the organization through internal and external audits of the various processes and procedures in use</li><li>working with senior management to coordinate and lead vulnerability management forums with operations and engineering leads as required to resolve outstanding/pending issues before requiring further escalation<br><br></li></ul><strong>Ideal background<br><br></strong><ul><li>fluent English knowledge</li><li>3+ years’ work experience in Information Security or Information Technology</li><li>skilled in Information Security and Vulnerability Management processes</li><li>knowledge of computer hardware and software including the understanding of application and patch development, and architecture</li><li>strong SQL/ Database and MS excel knowledge</li><li>good command of Python/Pandas</li><li>knowledge of Qualys and SNOW Threat Manager is an advantage</li><li>must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>5-8 years of relevant experience</li><li>1 certification or ability to earn within 12 months of joining preferred</li><li>Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication</li><li>Proven analytical skills<br><br></li></ul><strong>Education:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience<br><br></li></ul>This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
