Job Details

  • Working Hours: Tuesdays-Saturdays, 5am to 2pm (1 way taxi reimbursement for 5am shift)
  • Work in office at least 3 days a week
  • Comfortable to work on PH (off in lieu given) - as this role requires to support US/Eur Market
  • Location: Changi business Park
  • Salary: UP to $4300 + 1 month Bonus
  • Contract: 1.5 years (with an option to renew for another 6 months depending on performance and business needs)
Job Scope
  • Process and update new orders in SAP Order Management System within service-level timelines.
  • Review and resolve order-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, in coordination with Sales, Account Managers, and Pricing teams.
  • Maintain and update customer master records and system parameters in SAP.
  • Troubleshoot system-related order issues and collaborate with IT or management when escalation is needed.
  • Participate in improvement projects, including process automation initiatives using AI and RPA tools.
  • Work with cross-regional Order Management teams (Asia, Europe, North America) to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Generate reports to ensure accuracy and execution of order processes.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holders are welcome.
  • Able to work from Tuesdays-Saturdays, 5am to 2pm, and during Singapore holidays when US is not on holiday.
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience in order processing, pricing support, or customer operations preferred.
  • Comfortable using SAP S/4HANA (experience a plus) and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate politely and clearly via email.
  • Able to multi-task, manage timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Positive working attitude; team-oriented, flexible, and open to learning new technologies.
  • Willing to try out AI tools and automation in daily operations.
